David H,Seattle Retiree
I was always surprised at how quick the visits went by even though when I woke up I realized that I had been in the office for a couple of hours. My lower teeth are rock solid. I would never go back to a denture!
Paul,Seattle Retiree Ex-Military
For the first time in twenty years, I am comfortable enough to be in family photos. Before I always volunteered to take the photo since I was so embarrassed about my teeth. Now my teeth look so great everyone thinks they are real, Thanks Dr. McAnally!

Meet Dr. James McAnally
Dr. McAnally teaches other doctors inside and outside his practice. He utilizes his extensive training and experience to treat even the most challenging dental situations.
He has been delivering cosmetic, implant, and functional solutions to clients for over 14 years. His commitment to "doing it right" and ability to "handle just about anything" has won him the admiration of clients and other doctors. Dr. McAnally uses his expertise to prevent big problems from ever happening.
Dr. McAnally graduated with special distinction from the University of Oklahoma
He completed an advanced certification at the University of Washington, Division of Hospital Dentistry in 1994, in the treatment of the medically complex client, the techniques of sedation dentistry for the fearful client and complex dental surgery.
He has been helping clients so they can enjoy eating and smiling again with dental implants ever since. He has brought special time-saving methods of implant dentistry (Teeth in a Day and Teeth in an Hour) to "rescue" the denture client and those with debilitated teeth needing complete reconstructions in as little time as possible.
In addition, he has developed special techniques in sedation dentistry for the fearful client. All treatment is performed in the same office. This, combined with advanced techniques, allow even the most compromised individual to return to a life of enjoying dental health.
Because of his experience in the restoration of dental implants, other doctors often refer to him to help plan and organize their complex implant clients. Dr. McAnally performs the surgery for the other doctor and then coordinates the completion of the clients care in the referring doctors office with any guidance that may be needed regarding the restorations.
He is a Fellow-ICOI, one of the highest international designations for skill in the surgery and restoration of dental implants; the most life changing treatment that dentistry offers. He also holds Fellowship in the AGD recognizing the broad range of dentistry that his post-graduate education provides for client benefit.
In 2005, he gained fellowship status at the Misch International Implant; Institute the most acclaimed implant training institute in the world.
He publishes the region's only weekly dental "just the implant fax" that teaches other dentists in the art and science of dental implants and implant cosmetics so that his methods can help other Puget Sound residents outside of his own practice.
He has taught dental oral medicine, been published in the area of gum disease, is on the faculty at the UW School of Dentistry and lectures to the Hospital residents.
The practice is recognized for environmentally responsible dentistry with the highest ratings and awards possible. He is endorsed by more colleagues than any other Seattle doctor with a practice that has a similar focus.
For their client's benefit, advanced learning and the implementation of new technologies at the leading edge of dentistry is a constant for Dr. McAnally and his office of professionals. The friendly team is known for their down to earth and non-technical communication style making complex dentistry easy to understand.
